Programming second hand wireless plugs

    Good evening,

    I currently have a wireless gateway and wireless plug on my network.

    I would like to add some more wireless plugs that a mate was kind enough to give me.

    I cannot for the life of me get the second hand plugs to show up on the network.

    Would anyone be kind enough to give the procedure?

    The Quick start chart gets me nowhere.

    I would assume you need to reset the units to factory defaults first… this procedure isn’t in the QuickStart but is in the installation instructions which I found by googling.. have you tried this?
