    Hi,

Please can someone tell me if you can programme Toolkit using a PAC.

I originally programmed a job using a PC Interface but have ended up leaving it on a job as a CBus to Control4 interface.

I have got a PAC and I tried to connect t the network with this through Toolkit using the USB on the front.

It did say in the manual it could but I can't get it to work

Do I need to buy another PC Interface or can I use this

    Thanks
    Mike

    Hi Mike Costello,

Yes the PAC, Wiser, CTouch etc do have a PCI passthrough capability, however this should be considered a "spare wheel" feature for emergencies. We have seen in practice that it creates more problems than it solves. You would need to contact Technical Support for assistance with your specific scenario.

For best results we recommend that you use the software with a dedicated PCI or CNI.
