Random on 5031v2TC7 clock module ?

I have a new clock module for a customer that is programmed up ready to go except the RND button doesnt seem to be working ?

If i follow any of the instructions on how to inititiate random stuff - hold channel & RND or d+ h+ m+ channel RND - it never appears.

Am i missing something - is RND disabled by default ?

I've reset the unit a couple of times but still no joy...

Any suggestions appreciated - perhaps its a faulty one - though i not a faulty CBus unit yet

Anyone help with this please ?

I've now received a replacement and still cannot get the Random function to come on - the instructions arent that bad - i must be missing something.

Customer and i are now desperate....
