Remote Amplifiers fault to open in toolkit

There is one problem with Remote Amplifier:
If I opening unit's interface in toolkit, i was get an error window
EConvertError in module CBusToolkit.exe at 0000CAB3 '1.02' is not a valid point value
Module: SysUtils.pas, Line 3243
Procedure: ConvertErrorFmt

These error occurs only if I opening device interface with connected and scanned
network
If the network is disconnected, there is normal interface window open.

I was send the mail to [email protected], but there is no answer. May be here?

Thank you for letting know about this issue. Sorry, I don't have an immediate solution to this problem, but I've added your report to our defects database (Defect ID#12965). We will attempt to reproduce and fix this problem.

Could you please resend that error once you get it again to [email protected]? We haven't received any reports with this error from anyone recently. Are you sure you used the address [email protected]? (I noticed there was typo in the address you quoted above).

Also, reports sent to [email protected] must contain the correctly formatted subject line generated by Toolkit or they are not sent to the appropriate people and will be lost in the system.

 

maybe russian version of windows?

it hapenned before - C-Gate error with DLT grafics only on russian windows

 

yes, i tried it today - in EN version of WinXP SP2 (toolkit 1.7.3) there is no '1.02' error

same computer, RU version of WinXP SP2 (toolkit 1.7.3) - all the time. no errors in toolkit 1.6.1

 

So it may happen to other non english windows PC....

Did they solve the DLT label error yet?

 

no, they did not. same with cyrilic in Color C-Touch

but they did solve homegate and Mono C-Touch cyrilic problem
