RIO expansion module

    hi :)

    i've got a RIO expansion module with UCM capability. i have connected KA and KB, as well as 12V and common. I have listed 1 SCS/RIO in the modules and settings and i have listed the ouputs at the specified 129 onwards. but it still isn't allowing any output. i have attached 6 solenoids to the Outputs, opened and closed with the on/off of the output, but it's as if the outputs don't exist.nothing happens. i am at a loss to what to do next.

    i am at a loss, i have a client that wants things done yesterday and this is seriously hindering MY progress in the programming side.

    Hi Janine,

    This might be better in the Comfort forum. The only thing I am wondering is whether you have done a reset after adding the RIO?

    Go to www.home-control.co.uk from where you can access the Comfort forum and find all the manuals on the RIO.
