saturn key corrupted

hi all, any adviced on how to solve a problem for a suturn key input corrupted.

in our project, there is about 20 pcs saturn key the LED indicator is blinking.
when we scan use c-bus toolkit, there is no data inside. no serial number and unit type, and when we click on it, there is a message c-bus unit is corrupted.

any idea what happen with this.

Have you checked cbus basics? Power, clock, burden.. Results?

 

hi roosta, i have check every thing. in the project there is more than 20 unit saturn key are corrupted after 4 years running.
i already try to take out the failure unit and connect it to a small new c-bus network. and it is the same. the unit type is unidentify and no serial number.

is there any method to hard reset the unit. or reinstall the firmware?
