On a new installation, we have a couple of Saturn Keypads with buttons that are randomly blinking/flashing. Can anyone suggest where I should begin to troubleshoot this issue? Would it most likely be a Cbus: Open, Short, Burden Issue, Clock Issue, etc? Or something else?

If the indicators flash rapidly for a few seconds when pressed, this indicates a communications failure, so check the usual things with your bus (burden, power supply etc).

If the indicators are going nuts, flashing different colours and patterns, this is a production test feature which is initiated by holding a button whilst powering up the unit... if you are seeing this it probably indicates a button that is stuck on, which could be caused by a fascia that hasn't been aligned properly when clipped on, or a grid plate that is warped due to the mounting screws being over-tightened.
