Programmed first blind relays and used two switches for up/dwn.
Went to edit scene to add blind dwn but wasn't sure how to
set this up as how does scene know whether to send up or dwn
message. The scene is to be when activated lights dim
and blinds come dwn. Please Help.

If you want to open or close the blinds as part of the scene you can do this by setting the group address that controls the blinds to 100% or 0%.

If the Fail Safe time that is programmed into the Shutter Relay is close to the time it takes for the blinds to open or close (ideally a smidge longer) then you can do some neat things, like set the group to 50% and the blinds will go to the half open position, etc.

Note also that if you're got "Level Translation" mode enabled... you'll need to avoid using levels 1%, 2%, 98, and 99% in your scenes, as these are treated as
Down/Stop, Stop, Up/Stop/Down, and Up/Stop when this mode is enabled.
