    Please help!

I am fairly new to using CBus touchscreens and I'm struggling to set up scenes in the way I need them to work.

The problem is, I have one screen with the various scene sets on it, when you trigger a scene the button changes colour to indicate change of state. Which is what I want it to do.

But, for some reason other scene buttons on the screen, also change state as if they have been pressed. Same issue if I have a scene "off" button which is exactly the same circuits as the "On" button. Some other "off" buttons associated with other scenes.
    Totally confused.

I thought it was something to do with the same circuits in each scene but I doesn't appear to be.

    Please help

    Trigger Groups and Action Selectors

    Hi,
Check your Trigger Group/Action Selectors for the scenes. How they work:
    - When a scene is set it sends a command telling all devices the Trigger Group and Action Selector of the scene.
    - Any other scene with the same Trigger Group and Action Selector will also be set.
    - Any other scene with the same Trigger Group but a different Action selector will be broken (button will show not active)
    - This is funky and allows you to create big scenes stored across multiple units, use buttons to trigger scenes in different units by setting the TG/AS, create mutually exclusive scenes etc. It can also take a bit of getting used too!

It sounds like you have the same TG/AS used for scenes which you want to be independent. Make sure scenes you want to be independent have different trigger groups and you will hopefully fix your problem.

    Good luck!

Have a read of the help file topic "Scene Status Indication".

If this doesn't provide you with the solution, then let us know:
    - Are you using the Use Indicator Kill for Showing Scene Status option?
    - Do the Scenes use the same trigger group?
    - Do the Scenes have groups in common?
    - Which indicator status option is being used for the buttons?
    - Are the buttons setting the Scene directly, or indirectly via a trigger?
    - We might also need a specific example with exact details of two of the scenes which are interfering with each other's buttons.
