Hi, just wondering if I can program scenes without the use of a dlt, scene controller or touch screen ? So just a system with dimmers and relays. I only need to make one scene to control a sweep fan.

Most modern key input units (read switches) have capability to store and run scenes, yep no need for a dlt, scene controller or a touch screen to run one.

Note that this is "most", not "all". 2000 series switches can remotely trigger scenes stored in other units, but they cannot store scenes themselves. If you've got at least 1 switch in the install that isn't a 2000 series switch, then you can store scenes in that and remotely trigger them from any other unit.
