    Default eDLT Scene Question

    Can anyone tell me how I go about programming a scene into an edlt whereby I can use multiple applications and their groups.
    I have got the lighting application groups in the scene, but as soon as I swap to the other application add the group into the scene then save and exit it disappears when I go back in. Thx

    eDLT doesn't support multiple applications in scenes.

    Toolkit should not let you add groups from multiple applications into one scene... I have tried to do it just now and can't - can you tell us your workflow that is letting you do this?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Although you would expect that you could put what ever application on any button of a DLT or eDLT (not limited to 2) since its simply a command it sends on the bus > you can not.

    What I do, if its any help, is use a segment of the Group Addresses and also Prefix the Tag with something so in turn you are achieving segmentation of what your system is doing. For example but no doubt not related in any way to what you need:

    @BLIND Bed1 Left
    @BLIND Bed1 Right
    @BLIND Kitchen
    @IRRIGATION Front
    @IRRIGATION Rear
    @SCENE TOGGLE External Rear Lights

    Symbol or Bracket or whatever at the beginning clumps everything away from the lighting circuits and the also the GA# used are in the 200's
