Schedule Plus V4.9 problem

    There is a problem with PICED, HomeGate and Schedule Plus V4.9 which causes a cycle of opening and then closing C-Bus networks. This is caused by the use of the C-Gate Test (NOOP) option. We don't normally recommend using that option anyway, so switch it off if you are having any problems.

    This will be fixed in the next release. Issue #20014
