i have a client that wants to have a sensor in a hall way to turn on to a preset dim at about 40 % does anyone have any tips on how to do this with out making conflict

On the Functions tab you can change the Short Press event for DA from On Key to Recall 1. On the Blocks tab you can then change the Recall 1 value to 40%. That way whenever the PIR senses movement it will set the level of the group to 40%.
