Setting PCI Address using Toolkit

    As a newby, I'm trying to set my 5500PC's address using Toolkit 1.1.5.
    At the moment, using Diagnostics 1.4 I see it set to FF / 255.
    What is the trick to setting it whatever I want with Toolkit?

    Edit: Nevermind, Michael at Clipsal Tech Support helped me out.

    Toolkit restricts available addresses in certain situations.. eg when re-addressing a Physical Unit you can only readdress it to an Address that is vacant in both the database and on the network. Is this tripping you up? Or is the basic process of Re-addressing a unit not clear? (select unit, either on the network or in the database press Re-address)..

    Thanks Duncan, Michael at Tech Support helped me out on the phone.
    It had to do with using the burden device, re-scanning the network to locate my hardware, then re-addressing.
    All is well now and thanks to Michael. :)
