Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so you found a solution. I have created a project with Visualisations and using default icons. It renders fine on a PC but on the 5000ETP10W the logos do something weird when they do a 'live' update. When you first go to the page or plan the logos render correctly, however if you change them (Turn on/off) locally or remotely (ie group updates) the logo then changes size and only shows the top left corner. If you go out of the plan and come back in, they then show correctly, until they change again. I have a vid below.

Logo size does not seem to matter as I did a test with a lot of different sizings and ect, and have played with any related settings I could find in the SHAC or Screen.

    Any thoughts?!

    Cheers

In the event anyone comes across this post and has the same problem, I contacted Tech Support and apparently the screen does have a known issue. Currently the work around is to not use the vector files that come with the SHAC and to use bitmaps or .png files for the icons.

I just ended up downloading the icons I was using from the SHAC, converting them in Inkscape and adding them back into the SHAC. Just be aware that because png isnt vector it doesn't scale and just resizes the icon so you do need to convert them into the sizes you are using.

All in all a bit of a pain, but is ok if you know about it! Especially if you are building your own schemes.

Well looks like they still have not fixed this issue. Using a brand new 5000ETP10W with latest firmware on a job for the first time and I am experiencing this issue. Pretty piss poor from Schneider/Clipsal that they still haven't fixed this issue 3.5 years later.

Anyone else found a fix to this other than having to convert the icons? Don't really have time for that.
