Can anyone think of a way to create repeated cycles of On/Off commands without using a logic device? I have a small project where they want to flash the lights automatically but they don't want to pay for a PAC. I can use any keypad but no logic devices. Ideas????

You could use a repeat Schedule in a touch screen.

Plain ordinary key units are carefully designed to prevent cycles (such as would be needed for flashing). There are good design and some regulatory reasons for doing this.

That said, I suspect if you get really creative with timers in key units, and scenes, and putting OLDER (2000 series) key units in the right application you might find a way to do it :)
