I would like to share the solution to an obscure problem with the help in Toolkit/PICED/Schedule+/etc.

    Problem
    Step 1: Run Toolkit/PICED/Schedule+/etc
    Step 2: View the help
Step 3: Search for something in the help
Step 4: Look at a search result
    Step 5: Close help

In some strange situations Toolkit/PICED/Schedule+/etc would then crash. This is actually a problem with the Microsoft help component that we use, and also affects other programs.

Solution (for Windows XP - may be slightly different for other operating systems):
Step 1: Start a command prompt
    Step 2: Unregister hhctrl.ocx using this command: regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx /unregister
    Step 3: Re-register hhctrl.ocx using this command: regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx
