This post provides a starting point if you are having problems with:
    • C-Touch (Colour or Monochrome)
    • PAC
    • PICED
    • HomeGate
    • Schedule Plus

    Using the Software

There are help files and an FAQ in HTML and PDF format supplied with the PICED, HomeGate and Schedule Plus software. All PDF documents can be found in the Manuals folder.

There are example projects and templates provided to give some guidance for how the software can be used. The tutorial provides a step-by-step introduction to using the software, as well as guidance for making attractive, easily usable projects.

For help with the C-Touch or PAC units, there is some information in the PICED help file and FAQ. PDF copies of the user guides are also supplied.

For general information about C-Bus, and details of the various C-Bus Applications, refer to the "C-Bus Concepts" PDF document.

    Unexpected C-Bus Behaviour

    General

If your C-Bus system is not operating as you expected, the first step should always be to check the PICED, HomeGate or Schedule Plus log. This will give valuable clues about the cause of the problem. Refer to the "Diagnosing System Problems" topic in the FAQ for details.

The process of solving generic C-Bus problems is covered in detail in the "Advanced Fault Diagnosis" PDF document.

    Multi-Network Installations

If you are having problems with a multi-network installation, refer to the "C-Bus Networks" PDF document.
