Special security functions

We have another questions... (our English is not good, we know)

1) The Home Gate demo software is very similar to C-Touch one, is'nt it?
These softwares are only for control purpose?

2) If we install a C-Touch, it will be necessary to install Hme Gate too or not?

3) We intend to replace Home Minder and program security with C-Touch or Home Gate. Is it possible to program special security functions such as entry delay time or exit delay time? We try to have only C-Bus Units and we think it si possible.

4) Our customer want to have Internet Access so we are thinking alternatives. Do you sugesst another? Do you know if someone has done anything like this?

 

The C-Touch Configuration Software, HomeGate and Schedule Plus are all similar. This makes them easier to learn and use.

The C-Touch Configuration Software is not intended for control of a C-Bus system. Is is used for setting up and programming a C-Touch touch screen.

C-Touch and HomeGate do not provide any security functions.

HomeGate comes with a package called ServerX which provides Internet access to a C-Bus system. The downloaded HomeGate demo version does not include ServerX.

Many people have also had success using Remote Desktop or VNC to provide Internet access to HomeGate.
