    Hi All,

I'm changing some ceiling fans from dimmer channels to the c-bus sweep fan controller, and I have had a quick look in the board, and noticed all SDI's coming out of the dimmer channels, so obviously they have looped the neutrals and earths in the ceiling. Would I need to run a new cable to the fans or just loop the neutral at the board into the outgoing of the sweep fan controller?

    Regards,

    Jack

    Hi Jack

You only need the actives. We have provided a switched neutral for markets that demand the neutral be switched. I assume you have the capacitors for the fans? You will need them for the fan controller as this is the method of control that it uses.

    Cheers
