The first question is - what sort of switch plate do you have in the bathroom?.
Do you have a touch screen of any description ?
Do you have or are you considering adding a PAC controller at any time?

One possible way to do it...

    1) Assume you have keys 1-3 doing lights, fan, heating respectively.

Set up a 4th key to use blocks 1,2,3 with function 'Off'.

You can turn on any number of the lights. fan, heating with keys 1-3, as you exit the bathroom, hit key 4 to turn everything off.

    2) Set up lights = Group1 = Block1, Fan = Group2 = Block2.
    Blocks:
    Block1: Group 1: Recall1 = 100%, Timer = 0s, Expiry = Idle.
    Block2: Group 2: Recall1 = 1%, Recall 2= 100%, Timer = (time taken for fan to come on), Expiry = Recall 2.

Have Key1 use both Block1 and Block 2.

    Key Functions: Key1:
SP = Recall 1, SR = Retrigger Timer, LP = Off Key.

Question 2 is a run on timer and is covered in the manual.

Question 1 was answered above with the Off command for blocks 1,2 & 3.

The switch at the door is a single switch, which i wish to turn the lights on and off but also anything else off that is switched on via another switch?

    One way to do it...(maybe)

Make Key1 use all 3 blocks

Put Light Timer to 1s and Recall to 100%.
Also if you want fan to come on after a period of time, can set Fan Timer and expiry to Recall

Set up key1 with Key Functions:
    SP : Start
    SR: Idle
    LP: Off
    LR: Idle

..or maybe switching SP and SR might be better...need to test it

The other option is to replace it with a 4 gang key input to gain better individual and overall control.
