Themes

It is still a little rough at this stage - we want to gauge whether there is a demand for this sort of thing before we do too much work on it.

Would anyone like to have more of these types of videos ? If so, what topics would you like ?

 

Hi Darren,

In New Zealand we will find these sorts of videos very helpful.
They are an excellent learning tool, and given the limited resources for training here (limited in time only and number of courses one person can run) will take some of the weight off.
I am interested in the same sort of thing for the Basic course.
I feel that the Basic course could be broken up into modules:
eg.
Module1 --> Intro -- online training (perhaps more indepth explaining GAs)
Module2 --> Basics of Toolkit navigation and scanning the network
Module3 --> Creating projects, Programming a few types of GUI etc.

Each of these could be followed up with a Questionaire to ensure that all is understood

Module4 --> 1 Day of practical -- design a few projects etc.
