    Whether there is a possibility in the thermostat interface to disconnect to the user possibility of change of an operating mode?

    Well only inclusion deenergizing, installation of speed of work of the fan, possibility to set temperature.

    It is not possible to lock out functions in the thermostat.

    However (I think... not 100% sure on this) you may be able to prevent some functions being activated as part of the programming of the unit through cbus. That is, the unit will not do things that do not make sense. However, user will still be able to enter things like the setup mode.
