TI doesn't make a call

    Description:
    I make a apllication for different purposes called "miscellaneous".
    Groups in this application is just for TI. The logic on C-TOUCH is making changes state for this groups.
    It is:
    -fire alarm
    -water lost alarm
    -intruder alarm

    TI is configured for announce (make a call) by state changes in this groups.

    Fire alarm and water lost alarm functionality ok - by changes this groups TI make a voice call and voice announce in local audio system.

    Intruder alarm is only stable announcing in local audio system, but there are problems at voice call. This is very unstable situation. 90% of group status changes won't make a call reaction.

    What is it?
