TICA 3.0 Released

    Hello all,

    TICA 3.0.0 has been released, and can find it at the CIS Downloads page:

    Major Changes

    1. Support for using custom audio files by the user for library words.
    2. Support for adding sounds to the main audio library.
    3. Added 134 new words to the audio library.
    4. Support for using custom words for door bell sounds

    Minor Changes

    1. References to CD ROM removed as they are no longer shipped.
    2. Prompting in default configuration file incorrect.
    3. Missing menu entry in TICA added.
