    Do you have a Wiser?

What other equipment is installed on your C-Bus network ?

I suggest you connect to your C-Bus network using the C-Bus Diagnostic Utility. It will allow you to monitor the network traffic. Make a note of the time that the time gets changed (unintentionally) and then look in the Diagnostic Utility to see which device on your network changed the time.

I don't have a Wiser on this network

I have Relays, Dimmers, one touch and key-input units, network interface
    I have a NESS C-Bus Interface

next time I am on site I will run the C-Bus Diagnostic Utility.

There have been problems with security panels messing up the C-Bus time. See here and here for example.
