Time Clocks Request Refresh

    I'm very sorry this is duplicate post of my C-Bus trouble.

    I got a logging data from Diagnostic Utility in Network Error condition.

    I found wrong data in it.

    2012/12/31 11:32:54 0:00:03 Source Unit 245 Time Clocks: Request Refresh
    2012/12/31 11:32:54 0:00:00 Source Unit 245 Time Clocks: Request Refresh
    2012/12/31 11:36:11 0:00:05 Source Unit 121 Time Clocks: Unknown LENGTH ERROR

    Spectrum(245) sent "Time Clocks Request Refresh" and
    WISER(121) sent "LENGTH ERROR" of Time Clock command.
    Spectrum sent wrong data command which has non registered group number in ToolKit.

    I don't understand why Spectrum sent "Time Clocks Request Refresh" commands in Network Error condition.
    I did not get "Time Clocks Request Refresh" command in stable C-Bus network.

    Please tell me why "Time Clocks Request Refresh" commands were sent by Spectrum.

    A device like Spectrum needs to find a C-Bus date / time master, in order to get a network time and date from that master.

    To do this, it sends a request for a master to transmit the date and time.

    Thank you very much for your comment.
    I would like to know when the unit sent "Time Clocks Request Refresh" command.
    I arranged Diagnostic Utility at another stable C-Bus network.
    It has also Spectrum unit.
    I did not get "Time Clocks Request Refresh" command in it.

    I think, "Time Clocks Request Refresh" command is point of getting cause of Network Error trouble.

    I need your help.
