Toolkit 1.10.0 Released

Toolkit 1.10.0 has been released. You can find it at the CIS Downloads page: http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/technical/downloads/

If you are upgrading from 1.6.x-1.9.x or already have the latest Java installed you may instead click on "Show alternate download" to download the Partial Installer as this is much smaller.

Error 14187 is raised when PICED fails to connect to C-Gate. It should give details about the reason for the failure. Can you post the full details?

It should work fine. You may need to run it as an administrator. See the FAQ for details.
