Toolkit 1.11.0 Install issue

    We had a Product Application Engineer report the following issue;

    - Installing Toolkit 1.11.0 on a Magelis Touch Screen (Rack mounted self-contained computer with touch screen).

    - XP SP3

    - When launching Toolkit, receive following error msg;
    "Error 20052. The secure socket layer DLL could not be found. Cannot connect to C-Gate server. Please reinstall Toolkit."

    - Same issue on 2 different Magelis Touch Screen computers.

    - Reinstalled Toolkit 1.11.0 three times. Same error.

    - Installed 1.10.9 and had no problems.
