Toolkit 1.11.6 released

Toolkit 1.11.6 has been released. You can find it at the CIS Downloads page: http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/technical/downloads/

This release of Toolkit does not contain any new features, however it addresses a few issues reported by customers. It is recommended to upgrade to this version.
