Toolkit 1.12.1

    Toolkit 1.12.1 - COM Port Issue

    I have tried to use toolkit to connect to a telephony interface via serial and it is failing.
    The characters returned are garbled and the network won't open.
    I tried using the Diagnostic tool and it opens the network correctly and can send and recieve events.

    I setup Advanced Serial Monitor in spy mode and I can see that when CGate opens the COM port it is setting the number of stop bits to 2 instead of 1.
    This explains the garbled characters.

    Is this a known bug and is there any way of working around it?
