# General : DLT Labels can no longer be edited if the user is not connected to the Network

Does this mean I now have to travel to each site (hours away) just to change the DLT text instead of being able to do it at the office ????

Just a poorly written defect headline.. the defect when tested was closed with:

"Tested in Toolkit Build 183. You are now able to succesfully change labels in the database without being connected to the network. All labels changed in database were succesfully downloaded to unit when network was opened. Issue Closed "

what about the high cpu usage when the tree is opened - did that one make this version ??

When adding Groups? No, it didnt make the cut. The workaround is to keep the Groups node in its 'collapsed' state.

How about putting all the things listed on thread about 1.3 into a text file that the "whats new" button links too.
Would make it easy to find in the field and away from web access or trying to find a file on hard disc (what did i call it and where did i put it).

Our Tech Writer is gearing up to include all of his stuff in the next Toolkit release.. including the Whats New stuff..

Tookit 1.3 Install

Download the Partial (No Java Runtime) 9MB version of toolkit 1.3
Used windows to uninstall previous version of toolkit
Installed the above

Toolkit functions ok but when Piced was started got an error 14013 which Cgate version is 2.5.8 and version 2.3.x was needed.

As Piced worked prior to the install with Cgate 2.3.44.

Does this Piced now need an update to look for 2.5.x ?
What version of Cgate is in the full Toolkit version???
