Toolkit 1.9.0 Released

Toolkit 1.9.0 has been released. You can find it at the CIS Downloads page: http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/technical/downloads/

If you are upgrading from 1.6.x-1.8.x or already have the latest Java installed you may instead click on "Show alternate download" to download the Partial Installer as this is much smaller.
