Toolkit Database allocation

    Could I possibly get a in depth explanation of how the c-gateconfig.txt file works? There is brief explanation but I?m yet still unclear of how it works.
    Purpose being is for sharing and allocating the cbus database for specific projects in a unique location.

    please pm me if there is a better solution or a solution at all
