Ive noticed when programming any units that if you chose the reinstall tab it will bypass the firmware check that is performed when you transfer the program from database to network. You then end up with firmware mismatch between network and database. Just thought I would let people know.

Can you please give a more specific example to help us track down what is going on here?

After you scan the network and a device at Unit Address 255 is detected. It then will allow you to use the re-install tab. If you then choose to use the re-install tab it bypasses the firmware check so that the network for instance says firmware version 1.3 and the Database says 1.6. Its not a huge drama but if you have a big multi network job thats been preprogramed it take some time to get everything aligned properly. To get around this problem we use the reinstall tab but double click on the database unit which loads the unit gui and performs the firmware check automatically. It then detects the firmware mismatch and reinstalls the unit with the correct firmware version.
