    Hi,

I am at a school which has a cbus system in the theatre. In our control room, we have the PC interface, Colour touch pad controller, 5 x 4 way dimmers, 1 x 12 relay. This controls all the house auditorium lighting. We also have two 2 push button switches as the two auditorium entries. (This is actually what I am trying to update)

Side stage we have a 5 gang eDLT controler and two more relay modules. Those relay modules control the stage "Worker" lights, the lights used for simply lighting the stage during rehearsals.

Problem I have is that I cannot get Toolbox to see the 2 relay modules side of stage. By plugging into the PC interface, It imports all other units and the touch controller still controls the stage lights and the 5 switch eDLT unit side stage also works fine.

Im new to this so I hope that makes sense. Is there something I may have missed that would allow the PC Interface to also see the additional two relays side of stage so I can add their channels to my switches?

My plan was to add an "All Areas" area to the dimmers and relays and allocate that to the door switches so we can turn all standard lights on without having to go to the control room. As I cannot see the relays side stage, I cannot add their particular lights to the area.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers, Scott.

Are you sure these relays are C-Bus units.
    Take a photo of them.
It is possible that your 12 channel relay simply controls the coil of these relays.

Can you run a temporary cat 5 cable to this relay from your main board.
Disconnect existing C-Bus cable from the suspect unit, connect the temporary one and try rescanning
