I have just opened toolkit to check the state of the networks because schedule plus was resyncing one network but it seemed to be stuck, hence opening toolkit. But when I opened toolkit it had a network messaged of "streamsclosed" adjacent to the particular network which seemed to be stuck. I have never seen this message before. What is it and what may of caused it.

    Hi sjfp,

When C-Gate closes a network that is in "running" state, it cycles through a few states:

    "running"
    "closing"
    "streamsclosed"
    "closed"

Usually this happens so quickly that you don't notice. But it looks like that network didn't close completely. Could you try to open it again in Toolkit?

Hi, yes i opened it again in toolkit, and it opened ok. Schedule plus is still running ok with all networks online.
Why would cgate try to close the network??
Just as a side part this we have been having problems with the networks going into error and trying to re sync, but we did a large change to the way schedule plus was working and the networks have been stable and online for the last few weeks. Schedule Plus has not shown any network in error, apart from this one a couple of days ago. But i have never seen this before, hence the original question.

The only way for us to know for sure would be for us to see an event-level 9 C-Gate log.

Read C:\Clipsal\SchedulePlus\Manuals\Advanced Fault Diagnosis.pdf, in particular section 2.3
