As a new user I have a question.
In order to set which unit is providing the network clock and to set the network burden if required the documentation says go to the GLOBAL tab on the Toolkit software.

Does this tab only show when connected to the cbus network via the PC interface?

    Thanks in advance

The Global Tab for units is always visible.. connected to network or not.

You will find this tab in the individual unit UI's. It is not a button on the main Toolkit UI.

    Thanks Duncan and Newman.
I guess given time I will understand. Seems that Learn Enabled is really only a small part of the picture and the PC is essential.

I'll keep playing in the mean time.

With Learn Mode you can do the basic configuration of a single network. You can set up dimmers, relays, timers and scenes. To do more complicated programming than this then Toolkit is the way to go.
