When Starting in only shows the first screen of the C-touch and then it fails to loading the OS

you mean like homegate looks to start up and then opens another window to start up again and then an error message?

Can you get a photo of the screen at the point where it gets stuck and post it here ?

Pls see the attached video file.
    Last screen will remain same.
But when the unit is unplugged for long time and then try to switch on, it will operate properly but if re-start or power reset, unit respond same as attched video.

From the video, we can see the screen goes black after flashing up the C-Touch Colour logo. It is supposed to stay black for a while, then the logo should come back again. A little while after that HomeGate should start up.

Did you wait for a minute or so to see if the logo comes back?

If you wait and nothing happens, it might be a hardware failure, possibly with the power supply. It is hard to know for sure.

Start time for the colour screen is approximately 2.5 MINUTES.

It will start, display a logo for a short time, the screen will go black for between 30 and 60 seconds, and then some more logo/other information will appear before the main software starts.

Based on your video it looks like you are not waiting long enough after the screen has gone black.

This video is to emphasize what has happened when I switch on the C-Touch. This was made it short, so that it can uploaded to the forum.
Although I waited for hours, the result is same.

OK - then it is faulty, and it needs to be returned.
