TOUCHSCREEN B&W MKII backlight staying on.

Hi guys,
Can anyone please help.
I have a Touch Screen B&W MKII installed on a project we are doing.
I cannot get the backlight to switch off. The unit times out ok back to home page, but back stays on.
I also have another screen same job, but with no project loaded on to it, this also stays on
i have been through the project details wizard and have set the dark page to menu etc. No luck.
Rang tech support, all they had was what I've done. Rang an integrator friend he also told as I've done.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Sorry if this prob has been posted already, couldn't find any thread on search engine.

Ok found some threads on the matter.
The old rule read the instructions, obviosly the T/S has a light sensor!!Doh.
I put some tape over and what do you know it dimmed down to near dark.

Have a look at the help file topic "options 2". It explains all of the options for the backlight - it is quite flexible. You shouldn't need to resort to tape over the light level sensor
