Touchscreen Failed

    Hey all just wondering if anyone can give me some hints... I have a colour touch screen only 12 months old. It is like the touch screen has failed. Everything in the program still works and the remote still works. Just when you try to operate the screen it doesn't do anything when touching the screen.. I tried uploaded a program with just a tools page and a big calibrate button so I could get into the calibrate mode but I still can't even access that.. Any ideas????
