    Hi
I have inherited the maintenance of our factory lighting system, consisting of 10 networks and multiple switches.
The problem I have is that some lights don't appear to be responding to their trigger commands, whilst other lights in the same groups are.

I have searched over 50 pages of threads and cannot find whether or not I can send a trigger (ON or OFF) to each individual relay.

    Thanks in advance.

Start by going to the relay and using it's button to see if the circuit works.

That will tell you if it is cbus or wiring/ballast/globe related.

Then if it does appear to be cbus related try creating a name for each relay channel and then switching them 1 at a time from toolkit.

Thanks for the reply, It is definetely c-bus related. I installed a set of manual override switches over a year ago, these were put into place to quickly switch on networks we were having trouble with. The lights illuminate with the networks manually turned on.

    Hello hughmorriss

Are all the networks connected by bridges?

If you send me an email or pm I would be happy to have a quick look at the Toolkit .cbz backup or Piced .cta archive.

    Regards
