Unable to add 5500PS in Toolkit

    ... I've got a bit of a problem ...

    I am trying to add a power supply (5500PS) to a database that I am building in Toolkit 1.9.2. When I try to edit the unit it comes up with an error message:

    Error 20036

    Unit Specification Invalid, please visit the CIS Website (www.clipsal.com/cis) for an updated version of this software

    I have 55 other units in the database and can open all of them without issue.

    Any suggestions CIS?
