Unable to Connect to Wiser

    Hi all

    When trying to access the Wiser GUI, I get the message "Unable to Connect to Wiser".

    The controller is only new and when first setting it up, I was able to access the GUI. As I was having trouble getting it to work on the Network, I reset the router back to factory defaults. Ever since the, I have had the problem.

    I have been through all the Thread's, updated the firmware through Piced, but all with no sucess.

    Im certainly no expert and would appreciate any help.

    Generally the 'unable to connect to wiser' with a big red hand message means there is a conflict somewhere with regard to the CNI ip address..

    If you you reset the wiser chances are that the CNI is still back as whatever IP it was programmed to..
