    There was a driver update with Toolkit not that long ago. Are you using Toolkit 1.11.6 and PICED 4.10?

    You may have to disable Unsigned drivers at boot up.

    To do this just reboot your PC and as it starts booting tap F8 until an advanced option screen pops up.
    In the selection you should see something along the lines of "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement".

    This allows any unsigned drivers to respond.

    If you see the Win 7 logo its gone to far and you'll have to reboot again.

    Also, you will have to do this every time you boot.
    There are programs that can do it automatically for you:

    I use Windows 7 64 bit and never have to do that, even if you need too its only on install.

    From the Help file;
    Disable Driver Signature Enforcement
    Allows drivers containing improper signatures to be installed.

    I had the same problem no more than a month ago...the drivers were not being installed during the Toolkit installation.

    I ran the Toolkit installation program in Windows XP Compatibility Mode, the drivers installed and everything's worked perfectly since.

    Cheers
