    Notice this version still has the bug that requires Admin capability to run.
    Sure you can work around but we should not need too.

    If we accept that for security reasons that the ?Admin? user is intended for secure system type operations such as installing new programs and that the standard user will not have ?Admin? capabilities.

    Then Piced should be installed with ?Admin? capability and be able to run as a standard user, just like Toolkit does.

    Now the trouble is as a standard user if you start Piced it wants the ?Admin? password.

    If I give the laptop to other people to use I do want to give them the ?Admin? password and hence access to all sorts of things like installing other software, which may contain a virus, deleting files that they should not.

    Yes, this is correct. When you create multiple profiles in a project, you need to select which one you want to use when transferring the project to the unit.
