After recently installing and configuring a 5500AC2 successfully, it has now developed an issue where the visualisations can be configured/modified but they wont now display when opened through the PC/Tablet apps page or even through the CTC app. All I get is a spinning circle in the middle of a blank screen. Interestingly, the Smartphone/Touch option works fine.

I have tried removing layouts and stopped all scripts - with no change.

I have V2.0 firmware installed and it is running well within capacity - both processor and storage.

Curious if anyone else has had a similar issue and remedied it before I do a factory reset.

Have you tried going to Utilities > Vis. configuration and ticking the bottom two boxes to allow external access via iframe and allow external resources (JS/CSS) ?

Managed to remediate this. It turned out to be a widget with an incorrect visualisation parameter. To find it, I backed the project up, and moved through all of the plans and widgets, deleting them one at a time until the main screen loaded. In this case a widget - reviewed all of the parameters and back on line. The small things...
