Waiting times for eDLT spare parts

    Does anyone know what's happening with regards to spare parts? I had a few eDLTs back in January and two of the switches have issues. One of the corner pieces 'paint' was chipped and broken out of the box, and another the 'paint' is cracked on one of the buttons and will only get worse with use (the illumination shines through the crack, noticable moreso at night)

    I've been waiting for a few months, is there a backlog and do we know when that will be cleared so the dealer can obtain the parts?

    I wasn't aware spare parts were available.. Did the unit arrive with these faults? (Recommended answer is yes) in which case your dealer should be able to order a complete replacement eDLT and return the damaged unit to schneider for credit..

    Yes, both "faulty" from the dealer. I was told they were waiting on spare parts.
