    Yes this is the problem we know of. The included serial driver does not support Windows 8. We do have a new driver in testing and it will be included in a future release of the software. Note that this only affects users of PCIs. CNIs will work without issues.

    No. The latest version had some improvements for Windows 7 support. This had a flow-on effect that improved some of the Windows 8 experience but did not solve the driver problem with PCIs.

    Yes, according to previous posts this looks to be the best workaround for now.
