    Hi All.
I have an issue with a Wiser modem that I cant seem to resolve or find anyone who has had a similar issue.

Basically, our setup involves a huge general cbus lighting layout (nothing too fancy) along with 2 matrix switches and 16 zones of audio. Everything works beautifully as you would expect with cbus.

After a week or 2 this happens -

On the touchscreens (multiple colours and black and whites) everything works fine. All the audio zones (using audio application) work fine.

On the ipad everything is fine except for the audio zones. I can control all the lighting but volume, bass, source etc don't respond or show the current status they each group may already be set to.

Same with the iphone. Same with the wiser simulation on the laptop. Same with the ipod touch. But i can go to a touch screen and its fine. The cbus is working and the wiser is fine as I can control the lighting and all the other applications.

Turning the wiser off then back on doesnt reset anything. Turning the matrix switches off doesnt reset anything.

I have two zones of audio on the lighting app and these will always work. It is all the audio application that seems to "stop working" after a week or two.

Very strange and very frustrating. Any ideas anyone??

Are you saying that you have Wiser Audio widgets configured to use the Audio Application (application number $CD = 205)?

If so, you should move these (and the corresponding amplifiers) onto a lighting application (the default is OK, or another unused one in the lighting range). The audio application is reserved for internal use - the matrix switcher and amps use it to communicate with each other.
